摘要:
目的：观察中西医结合疗法治疗膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后患者的临床疗效。方法：将47例患者随机分为对照组(23例)、观察组(24例)，对照组在常规治疗的基础上行单纯康复训练治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药内服及针刺治疗。观察2组治疗前后疼痛程度、膝关节活动度及膝关节功能的变化情况。结果：在治疗后14天以及治疗后1个月时，疼痛程度观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；在治疗后3个月时休息痛以及运动痛观察组均较对照组降低，但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。在治疗后14天、1个月以及3个月时，膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分观察组提高较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗有助于改善膝关节前交叉韧带重建术后患者疼痛程度及膝关节功能和膝关节活动度。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of integrative medicine therapy in treating the patients after knee anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods: All 47 patients were randomized into the control group (23 cases) and the observation group (24 cases), the control group were treated with single rehabilitation training on the foundation of routine treatment, and the observation group oral administration of herbs and acupuncture. The changes of knee joint function, knee joint range of motion and pain degrees of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in the pain degrees in 14 days after treating and in one month after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The rest pain and the motion pain of the observation group were relieved compared with the control group in three months after the treating, while the difference had no statistical meaning (P＞0.05). Knee joint range of motion, knee joint functional scales of the observation group were improved compared with the control group notably in 14 days, one month and three months after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine therapy is helpful to improve pain degrees, knee joint function and knee joint range of motion of the patients after knee anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
