摘要:
目的：探讨以夫妻为中心的心理护理在女性稳定型心绞痛患者中的应用价值。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例，观察组给予以夫妻为中心的心理护理干预模式，对照组给予常规心理护理干预，比较2组干预后婚姻质量及术后6个月FSFI评分，统计2组治疗过程中治疗依从性、患者及配偶对于护理工作的满意度。结果：干预后，观察组婚姻质量中理想化、婚姻满意度、性格相符度、夫妻交流情况及业余活动得分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)，观察组术后6个月女性性功能质量标准得分中性欲望、性兴奋、性高潮、阴道润滑以及疼痛得分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)，观察组术后6月FSFI评分总分高于对照组(P＜0.05)，观察组护士对患者治疗依从性评价得分高于对照组(P＜0.05)，患者及其配偶对护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：对女性稳定型心绞痛患者实施以夫妻为中心的心理护理，能显著提高治疗依从性，从而改善患者婚姻质量，提高性生活质量，对于融洽护患关系具有积极意义。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the values of couple-oriented mental nursing applied to female patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP). Methods: Eighty patients were randomly separated to the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, couple-oriented mental nursing intervention model was implemented in the observation group, and conventional mental nursing intervention model was implemented in the control group, FSFI scales in six months after the surgery and the quality of the marriage after the intervention were compared, the patients′ satisfaction degree, and their spouse′s satisfaction degree and therapeutic compliances were counted in both groups during therapeutic course. Results: After the intervention, the observation group was higher than the control group notably in the scales of idealization, marriage satisfaction degree, character conformity, couple communication conditions and leisure activities among the quality of the marriage (P＜0.05), the observation group was lower than the control group in the quality standard scales of female sexual function in six months after the operation such as sexual desire, heat, orgasm, vaginal lubrication and pain scales significantly (P＜0.05), the observation group was higher than the control group in FSFI scales in six months after the surgery (P＜0.05), the observation group was higher than the control group in the scales of therapeutic compliance (P＜0.05), higher than the control group in the patients′ satisfaction degree, and their spouse′s satisfaction degree to nursing (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Couple-oriented mental nursing applied to female patients with SAP could significantly raise therapeutic compliance, thus to improve the quality of marriage and sexual life quality, which shows positive meaning to have the harmonious relationship between the nurse and patients.
