摘要:
目的：总结张乃修辨治泄泻的临床经验。方法：选择《张聿青医案》中的泄泻医案进行分析，归纳张乃修辨治泄泻的临床经验。结果：张乃修辨治泄泻的临床经验可归纳为：发热泄泻，解表除湿；腹痛泄泻，清热解郁；腹胀痛泻，柔肝培土；便泄深酱，化饮清热；泄泻红腻，苦辛通降；初泄后硬，温脏清腑。结论：张乃修辨治泄泻谨守病机，分别采用解表除湿、清热解郁、柔肝培土、化饮清热、苦辛通降、温脏清腑等法。
Abstract:
Objective: To summarize Zhang Naixiu′s clinical experience about differentiating and treating diarrhea. Methods: By choosing and analyzing medical records of diarrhea in Zhang Yuqing′s Medical Records, Zhang Naixiu′s clinical experience about differentiating and treating diarrhea was summarized. Results: Zhang Naixiu′s clinical experience about differentiating and treating diarrhea could be summarized as the following categories: to diarrhea with fever, relieve the exterior and eliminate dampness; to diarrhea with abdominal pain, clear heat and dispel Qi stagnation; to diarrhea with abdominal distension and pain, sooth liver and reinforce earth; to diarrhea manifesting deep caramel feces, dispel retained fluid and clear heat; to diarrhea manifesting red and viscous feces, dredge Qi movement with acrid herbs and drop dampness-heat with bitter herbs; watery diarrhea and dry feces successively, warm the Zang-organ and clear the Fu-organ. Conclusion: When Zhang Naixiu differentiated and treated diarrhea, he complys with the pathogenesis and chooses the following methods respectively: relieving the exterior and eliminating dampness, clearing heat and dispelling Qi stagnation, soothing liver and reinforcing earth, dispelling retained fluid and clearing heat, dredging Qi movement with acrid herbs and dropping dampness-heat with bitter herbs, warming the Zang-organ and clearing the Fu-organ.
