摘要:
目的：观察中西医结合治疗食管癌切除术后吻合口瘘的疗效。方法：将食管癌切除术后吻合口瘘患者150例随机分为观察组与对照组各75例，观察组接受中西医结合治疗，对照组接受手术治疗，比较2组吻合口瘘愈合时间、恢复进食时间、平均住院时间及并发症和死亡情况。结果：观察组吻合口瘘愈合时间、恢复进食时间、平均住院时间均较对照组缩短；发生并发症19例(25.3%)，低于对照组的28例(37.3%)；观察组无死亡例数，对照组死亡1例。结论：中西医结合治疗食管癌切除术后吻合口瘘能促进吻合口瘘愈合时间及恢复进食时间，能缩短平均住院时间，减少并发症的发生，提高手术成功率与患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of integrative medicine in treating anastomotic leakage after the excision of esophageal cancer (EC). Methods: All 150 patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 75 cases each group, the observation group accepted the therapy of integrative medicine and the control group the operation, the mortality conditions, the complications, average length of stay (LOS), the time of resume eating, the healing time of anastomotic leakage in both groups were compared. Results: The observation group was shorter than the control group in the healing time of anastomotic leakage, the time of resume eating and average LOS; there was 19 cases(25.3%) suffering the complications in the observation group, less than 28 cases(37.3%) in the control group; no death in the observation group and one patient died in the control group. Conclusion: Integrative medicine in the treatment for anastomotic leakage after the excision of EC could shorten the healing time of anastomotic leakage, the time of resume eating and average LOS, reduce the incidence of the complication, and raise operation success rate as well as quality of life.
