摘要:
目的：基于NF-κB探讨参七脉心通胶囊对颈动脉粥样硬化患者硬化斑块的作用机制。方法：采用随机、对照的研究方法对比参七脉心通胶囊与辛伐他汀对动脉粥样硬化(AS)的干预作用，并观测高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、核转录因子κB(NF-κB)、颈动脉中层厚度(IMT)的变化。结果：参七脉心通胶囊可明显降低患者血清LDL-C含量，提高HDL-C水平，使LDL-C/HDL-C升高，并且可降低NF-κB水平，减少IMT。结论：参七脉心通胶囊具有类似他汀类药物调节脂质代谢的作用，可有效干预动脉粥样硬化病变、降低AS的危险性，同时可抑制NF-κB，延缓动脉粥样硬化的进展，对AS具有防治作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the mechanism of ShenQi MaiXinTong capsules in treating atherosclerotic plaque of the patients with carotid atherosclerosis (AS) based on NF-κB. Methods: The effects of ShenQi MaiXinTong capsules and simvastatin in the intervention of AS were compared by using randomized controlled trials, and the changes of HDL-C, LDL-C, NF-κB and IMT were observed. Results: ShenQi MaiXinTong capsules could obviously lower the contents of LDL-C in the serum of the patients, raise the level of HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, decrease the level of NF-κB and reduce IMT. Conclusion: ShenQi MaiXinTong capsules could effectively intervene AS,reduce the risk of AS, simultaneously, inhibit NF-κB and delay the progression of AS, it could prevent and treat AS, which shows the effects of statin-like drugs regulating lipid metabolism.
