摘要:
目的：探讨系统护理结合情志护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者负面情绪及生命质量的影响。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例，2组均给予系统护理，观察组同时给予情志护理，观察2组焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪的变化情况及生命质量。结果：焦虑、抑郁评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。生命质量8个维度评分2组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：系统护理结合情志护理可有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者负面情绪及生命质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of systematic nursing and emotional nursing on quality of life and negative mood of the patients suffering chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, both groups received systematic nursing, and the observation group emotional nursing, quality of life and the changes of negative moods including anxiety, depression and others were observed in both groups. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of anxiety and depression scores before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the scores of eight dimensions of quality of life (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Systematic nursing and emotional nursing could effectively improve quality of life and negative mood of COPD patients.
