摘要:
目的：观察中药熏蒸联合神经阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将165例患者根据治疗方法的不同随机分为对照组82例和观察组83例，对照组采用神经阻滞治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗，比较2组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后视觉模拟(VAS)评分、下腰痈评分量表(JOA)评分、胫神经传导速度(MCV)及腓总神经传导速度(MCV)的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为92.77%，对照组为79.27%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生情况，2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。VAS评分、JOA评分、胫神经MCV、腓总神经MCV及生活质量评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中药熏蒸联合神经阻滞治疗腰椎间盘突出症可有效改善临床症状，提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe curative effects of herbal fumigation and nerve blocking in treating lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods: All 165 patients were randomized into 82 cases of the control group and 83 cases of the observation group according to different therapeutic methods, the control group were treated by nerve blocking, and the observation group was given herbal fumigation based on herbal fumigation, the changes of nervus peroneus communis MCV, nervi tibialis MCV, JOA scores, VAS scores, the incidence of adverse reaction and clinical effects were compared between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.77%, higher than 79.27% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups (P＞0.05). The differences existed in the comparisons of VAS scores, JOA scores, nervus peroneus communis MCV, nervi tibialis MCV and quality of life within two groups before and after treating(P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Herbal fumigation and nerve blocking in treating LDH could improve clinical symptoms effectively and quality of life.
