摘要:
目的：观察六字诀对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能、气道阻力、mMRC评分的作用。方法：选取COPD稳定期患者60例，随机分为2组，每组30例。对照组给予常规西医治疗，观察组予常规西医治疗联合六字诀，在入组第1天及3个月后对入组患者进行肺功能及气道阻力检测，并进行mMRC评分。结果：治疗后，观察组气道阻力、mMRC评分与治疗前比较下降明显(P＜0.05)；组间比较，观察组气道阻力、mMRC评分较对照组明显下降(P＜0.05)；治疗后，2组用力呼气量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1%)、FEV1/FVC与治疗前比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；组间比较FEC、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：六字诀能够降低COPD患者的气道阻力，缓解呼吸困难症状，但对肺功能的影响不明显。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe the effects of six-character formula on pulmonary function, airway resistance and mMRC scores of COPD patients at stable phase. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into two groups. The control group accepted conventional therapy of Western medicine, and the observation group were given conventional therapy of Western medicine and six-character formula, pulmonary function and airway resistance of the patients were measured at the first day of entering the group and in three months, and mMRC scores were performed. Results: After treating, the decrease of airway resistance and mMRC scores of the obseraation group were more obvious compared with before treating (P＜0.05); the comparisons between both groups, the obseraation group was more notable than the control group in the decrease of airway resistance and mMRC scores (P＜0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of FVC FEV1% and FEV1/FVC before and after treating within two groups (P＞0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of FEV1, FEV1% and FEV1/FVC between both groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Six-character formula could lower airway resistance of COPD patients, relieve the symptoms of dyspnea, but it has insignificant effects on pulmonary functions.
