摘要:
目的：探究基于同伴支持的延续性护理对肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏、自理能力和生存质量的影响。方法：选取2015年1～12月肺癌化疗患者76例作为对照组实施常规出院指导，选取2016年1～12月肺癌化疗患者81例作为观察组实施基于同伴支持的延续性护理，对比两组患者癌因性疲乏改善情况、自理能力、生存质量及复发情况。结果：观察组患者行为、情感、认知及躯体评分均低于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；两组患者出院6个月后自我概念、健康知识水平、自护责任感、自我护理技能评分均较出院时提高(P＜0.05)，观察组各维度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组患者生理维度、情感维度、功能维度、社会/家庭维度、肺癌特异模块维度均高于对照组且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：基于同伴支持的延续性护理有利于减轻肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏症状，提高患者自理能力与生活质量，降低复发率。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of continuous nursing on cancer-related fatigue (CRF), self-care ability and quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy based on peer support. Methods: A total of 76 patients between January and December, 2015 were chosen as the control group and they accepted conventional discharge guidance, another 81 patients between January and December, 2016 as the observation group accepted continuous nursing based on peer support, to compare the improvements of CRF, self-care ability and quality of life between both groups and the relapse conditions. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in the scores of behavior, emotion, cognition and soma, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the scores of self-concept, health knowledge level, self-protection sense and self-care skills in both groups lifted six months after discharging compared with discharging time (P＜0.05), the observation group was higher than the control group in different dimensional scores (P＜0.05); physiological dimension, emotional dimension, functional dimension, social/family dimension and lung cancer specific module dimension of the observation group were higher than these of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in the relapse rate (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Continuous nursing based on peer support is helpful to relieve the CRF symptoms, raise self-care ability and quality of life and reduce the relaspe rate.
