摘要:
微血管性心绞痛是临床上较为常见的一类疾病。郝伟教授认为正气虚弱，痰瘀毒风是该病常见的病理因素，并善于运用络病学理论指导临床，同时注重围绝经期女性生理、病理特点。郝教授在临床辨证中注重气血虚实变化与病理因素对心之络脉的影响，诊断时重视舌诊，治疗时注意顾护脾胃，强调精准辨证，合理谴方，取长补短，疗效显著。
Abstract:
Microvascular angina is a kind of common disease in clinic. Professor Hao Wei thinks that deficiency of healthy Qi, phlegm, stagnation, toxin and wind are common pathogenic factors of the disease, he is good at applying collateral disease theory to clinical guidance, simultaneously, he emphasizes physiological and pathological characteristics of perimenopausal women. In clinical syndrome differentiation, he values the influence of Qi, blood, deficiency and excess and pathogenic factors on heart collateral. He pays attention to tongue diagnosis, he takes care of spleen and stomach, emphasizes accurate syndrome differentiation, rational use of the prescription, complements each other and obtains notable clinical effects.
