目的：以知识图谱的形式展现中医药治疗系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE)的研究前沿和发展趋势。方法：检索CNKI中1990—2018年发表的中医药治疗SLE的研究论文，运用科学计量学工具Citespace V绘制中药治疗SLE的知识图谱，并进行文献关键词共现分析和聚类分析。结果：关键词共现聚类网络由329个节点，548条线组成，形成有规模聚类10个。研究热点是中西医结合治疗狼疮肾炎、临床观察中药方剂对SLE疗效、寻找量化SLE中医证型的客观指标、中药治疗SLE药理及临床疗效的实验研究。发展趋势为从中药治疗向中西医结合治疗演变、从临床观察向实验研究演变、从宏观辨证向微观辨病的演变。结论：Citespace知识图谱可直观分析中医药治疗SLE的研究热点与趋势。
Abstract:
Objective: To display research frontier and developmental tendency of TCM in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in the form of knowledge map. Methods: The papers about the research on TCM in the treatment of SLE were searched in CNKI published between 1990 and 2018, Citespace V was used to draw knowledge map of TCM therapy of SLE, to perform the co-occurrence analysis and cluster analysis of literature keywords. Results: Keyword co-occurrence clustering network consists of 329 nodes and 548 lines, and it formed ten clusters with scale. Research hotspots contained integrative medicine in the treatment of lupus nephritis, clinical observation on herbal prescription in the treatment of SLE, finding out the objective indexes of quantifying TCM syndrome of SLE, experimental researches on clinical effects and pharmacology of TCM in treating SLE. Developmental tendency was TCM therapy evolving into integrative medicine treatment, clinical observation evolving into experimental researches, macroscopic syndrome differentiation into microscopic disease differentiaion. Conclusion: Citespace knowledge map could directly analyze research hotspot and tendency of TCM in the treatment of SLE.
