摘要:
从传统食养概念的提出与背景、传统食养对中医食疗研究与应用的意义、构建中医食疗研究与应用的新体系等3方面入手探讨基于传统食养构建中医食疗研究与应用新体系,指出立足传统食养,结合国家提出各类中医药、健康服务及产业的发展政策,充分结合现代科学理论和方法,将传统膳食文化、膳食模式、药食两用物品的应用与基础、理论、临床和文化传播研究与应用相结合,以促进中医食疗的创新发展,解决中医食疗理论与应用研究存在的问题,真正推进学科乃至整个产业的发展。
Abstract:
The new research and application system of TCM dietotherapy was discussed based on traditional dietotherapy from three aspects: the concept and background of traditional dietotherapy, the significance of traditional dietotherapy to the research and application of TCM dietotherapy, and the construction of a new research and application system of TCM dietotherapy, it is pointed out that based on the traditional dietotherapy, we should raise development policies of all kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, health services and industry combined with national conditions, combine the application of traditional dietary culture, dietary patterns and dual-use items of medicine and food with the application and study on the foundation, theory, clinical and cultural spread through integrating modern scientific theory and methods, in order to promote the innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine food therapy and solve the problems existed in the theory and application of TCM food therapy, to promote the development of the discipline and even the whole industry.
