摘要:
目的探讨益气养阴通络方对Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病患者免疫功能的影响。 方法选择Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病患者94例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组47例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予益气养阴通络方治疗。治疗3个月后，比较两组临床疗效及证候积分、血糖及免疫功能的变化情况。 结果观察组总有效率为［87.23%（41/47）］高于对照组［65.96%（31/47）］（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后证候积分、空腹血糖（fasting plasma glucose，FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2-hour postprandial blood glucose，2h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（glycosylated hemoglobin A1c，HbA1c）均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后CD8+比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论益气养阴通络方治疗Ⅲ期糖尿病肾病，可有效改善患者症状，调节其血糖水平，提高其免疫功能。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of qi-benefiting yin-nourishing collaterals-dredging prescription on immunological function in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN) at stage Ⅲ. MethodsAll 94 DN patients were chosen and allocated to the observation group and the control group using random number table method, 47 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy, and the observation group qi-benefiting yin-nourishing collaterals-dredging prescription based on conventional therapy. To compare clinical effects, TCM syndrome integrals, blood glucose and immunologic function between both groups after three months of treatment. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was 87.23% (41/47), higher than 65.96% (31/47) of the control group (P<0.05); after treating, the observation group was lower than the control group in TCM syndrome integrals, FPG, 2hPG and HbA1c (P<0.05); CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ of the observation group were higher than these of the control group (P<0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in CD8+ between both groups after treating (P>0.05). ConclusionQi-benefiting yin-nourishing collaterals-dredging prescription in treating patients with DN at stage Ⅲ could effectively improve the symptoms, regulate the levels of blood glucose and raise immunological function.
