摘要:
目的观察化痰脉通片联合硝苯地平控释片治疗老年气虚痰浊型高血压的临床价值。 方法选择100例老年气虚痰浊型高血压患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。对照组口服硝苯地平控释片，观察组在对照组基础上服用化痰脉通片，两组均治疗24周。比较两组证候积分、血压值水平［收缩压（systolic blood pressure，SBP）、舒张压（diastolic blood pressure，DBP）、血压变异性（blood pres-sure variability，BPV）］、血脂水平［甘油三酯（triglyceride，TG）、高密度脂蛋白（high density lipoprotein cholesterol，HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白（low density lipoprotein cholesterol，LDL-C）］，记录两组不良反应总发生率。 结果两组治疗后证候积分较治疗前下降（P＜0.05），且观察组各维度积分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组治疗后SBP、DBP均显著降低（P＜0.05），且观察组治疗后SBP、DBP、BPV-SBP、BPV-DBP均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后血清TG、LDL-C水平较治疗前显著降低、HDL-C水平较治疗前显著升高（P＜0.05），且上述指标改善程度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论化痰脉通片联合硝苯地平控释片治疗老年气虚痰浊型高血压患者可有效缓解患者症状，平稳降压，同时有效降低血脂水平，且不良反应少。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical values of Huatan Maitong tablets and in treating senile hyperten-sion of Qi deficienty and phlegm turbidity pattern. MethodsAll 100 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table, 50 cases in each group. The control group took nifedipine controlled release tablets orally, and the observation group Huatan Maitong tablets based on Western medicine, treated for 24 weeks. To compare TCM syndrome scores, the levels of blood pressure values [SBP, DBP and BPV], the levels of blood lipid [TG, HDL-C and LDL-C] between both groups, and record total incidence of adverse reaction in the two groups. ResultsTCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased after treating than before treating (P<0.05), and the scores of different dimensions in the observation group were lower than these of the control group (P<0.05). SBP and DBP of both groups lowered notably after treating (P<0.05), SBP, DBP, BPV-SBP and BPV-DBP of the observation group were lower than these of the control group after treating significantly (P<0.05). The levels of TG and LDL-C of the observation group after treating reduced notably than these before treating, the levels of HDL-C increased remarkably than these before treating (P<0.05) and the improvements of the indexes above were better than these of the control group (P<0.05). No statistical difference has been found in the incidence of adverse reaction between both groups (P>0.05). ConclusionHuatan Maitong tablets combined with nifedipine controlled release tablets could effectively relieve the symptoms of the patients, stably lower blood pressure in treating the patients with senile hypertension of Qi deficiency and phlegm turbidity pattern, simultaneously effectively decrease the levels of blood lipid with less adverse reactions.
