目的建立白芷配方颗粒欧前胡素含量测定方法及其UPLC特征图谱测定方法,为白芷配方颗粒的质量标准研究提供参考。 方法采用HPLC法测定白芷配方颗粒中欧前胡素含量,建立白芷配方颗粒UPLC特征图谱。 结果18批白芷配方颗粒的欧前胡素含量范围为0.411~0.846 mg/g;UPLC特征图谱确定了6个共有峰,通过与对照品比较,确定2号峰为白当归素、4号峰为欧前胡素、6号峰为异欧前胡素,18批白芷配方颗粒特征图谱的相似度均大于0.9。 结论本研究建立的方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,可用于白芷配方颗粒的质量控制和评价。

ObjectiveTo establish a method for the determination of imperatorin contained in Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) formula granules and its UPLC characteristic spectrum, so as to provide reference for the study on the quality standard of Baizhi formula granules. MethodsThe contents of imperatorin contained in Baizhi formula granules were measured by HPLC, to establish UPLC characteristic spectrum of Baizhi formula granules. ResultsThe contents of imperatorin contained in 18 batches of Baizhi formula granules ranged between 0.411 and 0.846 mg/g; six common peaks were confirmed in UPLC characteristic spectrum, by comparing with the control, peak 2 was confirmed as byak-angelicin, peak 4 as imperatorin and peak 6 as isoimperatorin, the similarity of 18 batches of Baizhi formula granules was greater than 0.9. ConclusionThe method established in the study has good degree of precision, the stability and the repeatability, and it could be used for quality control and evaluation of Baizhi formula granules.
