摘要:
目的观察温脾清化汤治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效及对患者肾功能的影响。 方法将慢性肾功能不全患者60例应用信封法分为对照组与研究组各30例。对照组口服百令胶囊联合黄葵胶囊治疗，研究组口服温脾清化汤治疗。治疗2个月后比较两组患者肾功能相关指标、血清C反应蛋白(C-reaction protein，CRP)、血清白蛋白、血沉及临床疗效。 结果治疗后研究组患者肌酐(serum creatinine，SCr)、尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen，BUN)及CRP、血沉水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05），血清白蛋白水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）；总有效率研究组为90.0%，高于对照组的76.7%（P＜0.05）。 结论温脾清化汤可提高慢性肾功能不全患者临床疗效，改善患者肾功能相关指标，缓解患者炎症状态。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effectiveness of Wenpi Qinghua Tang in the teratment of chronic renal insufficiency (CRI) and its influence on the patients' renal function. MethodsSixty patients were divided into the control group and the study group by applying the envelope method, 30 cases in each group. The control group took Bailing capsules and Huangkui capsules orally, and the study group Wenpi Qinghua Tang. To compare the related indexes of renal function, CRP, serum albumin, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and clinical effects between both groups. ResultsAfter the treatment, the study group was lower than the control group in the levels of SCr, BUN, CRP and ESR (P<0.05), higher than the control group in the levels of serum albumin (P<0.05); total effective rate of the study group was 90.0% higher than 76.7% of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionWenpi Qinghua Tang could raise clinical effects in CRI patients, improve the related indexes of renal function and relieve the patients' inflammatory state.
