摘要:
目的探讨穴位按摩联合团体正念减压干预在脑梗死后睡眠障碍患者康复中的应用效果。 方法将68例患者随机分为观察组和联合组，每组34例，对照组接受团体正念减压干预，联合组在对照组基础上接受中医穴位按摩干预，两组干预8周后比较两组睡眠质量、神经功能、日常生活能力、心理状态和生活质量。 结果干预后，联合组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分、神经功能缺损评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；Barthel指数量表评分、WHO生存质量量表评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论穴位按摩联合团体正念减压干预可有效改善脑梗死后睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量和心理状态，促进患者神经功能和日常生活能力的恢复，提高其生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the application effects of acupoint massage and group mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with sleep disorders after cerebral infarction. MethodsAll 68 patients were divided to the control group and the combination group according to random number table method, 34 cases in each group, the control group received group mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention, and the combination group accepted TCM acupoint massage intervention on the foundation of the therapy the control group accpted, to compare quality of sleep, neurological function, ability of daily living (ADL), psychological state and quality of life between both groups after eight weeks of intervention. ResultsAfter the intervention, the combination group was lower than the control group in PSQI, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); the combination group was lower than the control group in neurological deficit score (NIHSS), higher than the control group in Barthel index (BI) scale, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the combination group was lower than the control group in HAMD and HAMA, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the combination group was higher than the control group in WHO quality of life scale score (Chinese version), and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). ConclusionAcupoint massage and group mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention could effectively improve quality of sleep and psychological state in patients with sleep disorders after cerebral infarction, promote the rehabilitation of neurological function and ADL, and lift the patients' quality of life.
