摘要:
目的探讨中医综合护理对妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后下肢水肿程度、疼痛状况及生活质量的影响。 方法将行手术治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者92例按随机数字表法分为两组各46例，对照组予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施中医综合护理，观察两组患者心理情绪状况、下肢水肿程度、疼痛状况及生活质量。 结果观察组患者护理后自我感受负担量表评分低于对照组，心理弹性量表简化版评分与生活质量测定简表评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后3、7天髌下10 cm、髌上15 cm、踝上5 cm处的肢体周径短于对照组，疼痛评估数字等级评定量表评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论中医综合护理可有效改善妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后心理情绪状况，减轻下肢水肿与疼痛程度，并且有助于提升患者生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of comprehensive nursing of TCM on the degree of lower limb edema, pain conditions and quality of life in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after operation. MethodsAll 92 patients who accepted surgery were allocated into two groups in light of random number table method, 46 cases in each group, the control group accepted conventional care, and the observation group comprehensive nursing of TCM based on conventional care, to observe psychological and emotional status, the degree of lower limb edema, pain conditions and quality of life between both groups. ResultsSPBS scales of the observation group were lower than these of the control group after the nursing, CD-RISC10 scores and QOL-BREF higher than these of the control group (P<0.05); The circumferences 10cm under the patella, 15cm above the patella and 5cm above the ankle of the observation group were shorter than these of the control group three and seven days after the operation, NRS scores were lower than these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionComprehensive nursing of TCM could effectively improve psychological and emotional status in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after operation, mitigate the degrees of edema and pain degrees of lower limbs, which could help raise their quality of life.
