摘要:
从津液和血液的来源认识“津血同源”理论，探讨该理论与干燥综合征合并肺间质病变（sjogren’s syndrome-interstitial lung disease，SS-ILD）SS-ILD的关系，认为津亏血虚，机体失濡是SS-ILD早期重要的发病机理；津亏血虚，燥热内生是SS-ILD病情进展的主要病理环节；津失输布，阴虚血燥，瘀血内生是SS-ILD发展的主要因素，为临床诊治SS-ILD提供理论依据。
Abstract:
By surveying the theory of "body fluid and blood sharing the same origin" from the source of body fluid and blood, the paper discusses the correlation between the theory and sjogren's syndrome - interstitial lung disease (SS-ILD), the depletion of body fluid and blood deficiency, loss of nourishment in human body is the important pathogenesis at the early stage; the depletion of body fluid and blood deficiency, endogenous dryness-heat is the important pathological link in the progression of SS-ILD; body fluid failing in transportation, yin deficiency and blood dryness, endogenous blood stasis is the main factor in the development of SS-ILD, which could produce theoretical references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of SS-ILD.
