摘要:
目的探讨益气养阴散结方辅助治疗对甲状腺癌手术（thyroid carcinoma surgery，TCS）后患者免疫功能的影响。 方法将TCS后患者87例采用随机分组方法分为观察组（左甲状腺素钠+益气养阴散结方辅助治疗）45例和对照组（左甲状腺素钠治疗）42例。观察两组患者总有效率、CD3+与CD4+水平及并发症发生率。 结果总有效率观察组为93.33%（42/45），高于对照组的71.43%（30/42）（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组CD3+、CD4+水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）；并发症发生率观察组为6.67%（3/45），低于对照组的23.81%（10/42）（P＜0.05）。 结论益气养阴散结方辅助治疗TCS术后患者临床疗效优于左甲状腺素钠，可提高患者免疫功能，降低术后并发症。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of Qi-tonifying Yin-nourishing lumps-dissolving prescription as adjuvant therapy on immunological function in patients after TCS. MethodsA total of 87 patients after TCS were allocated to 45 cases of the observation group (levothyroxine sodium+Qi-tonifying Yin-nourishing lumps-dissolving prescription as adjuvant therapy) and 42 cases of the control group (levothyroxine sodium) using random grouping method. To observe total effective rate, the levels of CD3+ and CD4+ and the incidence of the complications between both groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%（42/45）, higher than 71.43%（30/42） of the control group (P<0.05); after the treatment, the levels of CD3+ and CD4+ of the the observation group were higher than these of the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of the complications of the observation group was 6.67%（3/45）, lower than 23.81%（10/42） of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionQi-tonifying Yin-nourishing lumps-dissolving prescription as adjuvant therapy could gain definite clinical effects for the patients after TCS, it could raise immunological function and decrease postoperative complications.
