摘要:
目的观察中医情志护理在骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折围手术期患者中的应用效果。 方法采用随机数表法将60例骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组给予常规围手术期护理，观察组在对照组基础上加用中医情志护理。对比两组围手术期指标、视觉模拟评分法评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分、负性情绪、生活质量及护理满意度。 结果观察组手术时间短于对照组（P＜0.05），术中失血量少于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组视觉模拟评分法评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。术后观察组汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组（P＜0.05），生活质量和护理满意度评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论将中医情志护理应用于骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折患者围手术期，能够缩短患者手术时间，减少术中出血量，减轻患者的负性情绪，提高其生活质量及护理满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey the effects of TCM emotional nursing on osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures in the perioperative period. MethodsSixty patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group using random number table method with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional perioperative care, and the observation group TCM emotional nursing on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted. To compare the perioperative indicators, VAS scores, ODI, negative emotion, quality of life and nursing satisfaction between both groups. ResultsThe observation group was shorter than the control group in surgical time (P<0.05), less than the control group in intraoperative blood loss (P<0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in VAS scores and ODI scores between both groups (P>0.05). HAMD and HAMA of the observation group were lower than these of the control group after the surgery (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than these of the control group after the operation (P<0.05). ConclusionThe application of TCM emotional nursing in patients suffering osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures in the perioperative period could shorten surgical time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, relieve negative emotion, and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
