摘要:
目的系统评价针灸疗法对亚洲青少年儿童近视的临床疗效。 方法检索中英文数据库（知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、The Cochrance Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of science）中自建库至2021年7月1日发表的关于针灸治疗亚洲青少年儿童近视的随机对照临床试验文献，对筛选文献经资料提取并质量评价后，用Stata 16.0软件进行Meta分析。 结果共纳入12篇中文文献，包含1416例患者（治疗组707例，对照组709例）；Meta分析结果显示：针灸治疗组治疗亚洲青少年儿童近视的临床有效率优于对照组（OR=0.786，95%CI：0.734～0.841，P=0.00＜0.05），且针灸治疗组在控制亚洲青少年儿童的视力下降方面优于对照组（WMD=0.12，95%CI：0.09～0.15，P=0.00＜0.05），针灸治疗组在减缓亚洲青少年儿童屈光度增加方面优于对照组（WMD=-0.138，95%CI：-0.235～-0.04，P=0.006＜0.05）。 结论针灸疗法可有效控制亚洲青少年儿童近视发展，并可减缓患儿视力下降程度、减小屈光度的增幅。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo systematically assess clinical effects of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of myopia in Asian adolescents and children. MethodsThe literature on randomized controlled clinical trials of acupuncture therapy for myopia in Asian adolescents and children was searched from English and Chinese databases (CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, the Cochrance Library, PubMed, Embase and Web of science) between the time of establishing the database and July 1, 2021, quality evaluation of the literature was performed after data extraction, Stata 16.0 was applied to conduct Meta analysis. ResultsThe study has included 12 Chinese literature, containing 1416 patients (707 cases in the treatment group, and 709 cases in the control group); Meta analysis results showed that clinical effective rate of the acupuncture treatment group was superior to that of the control gorup (OR=0.786, 95%CI: 0.734-0.841, P=0.00<0.05), and acupuncture treatment group was better than the control group in controlling the diminution of vision (WMD=0.12, 95%CI: 0.09-0.15, P=0.00<0.05), acupuncture treatment group was superior to the control group in slowing down the increase of diopter in Asian adolescents and children (WMD=-0.138, 95%CI: -0.235 - -0.04, P=0.006<0.05). ConclusionAcupuncture therapy could effectively control the development of myopia in Asian adolescents and children, slow down the decrease of vision and reduce the increase of diopter.
