摘要:
根据张学文教授基于肝热痰瘀思想论治高血压病的学术观点,从高血压病的中医病因、病机入手,以“清化通络解瘀滞”的膳食干预原则和“调气血阴阳”的辨证施膳方法为主,对高血压病患者的饮食调护进行系统论述,以积极调整患者身体偏性,调整血压状态。
Abstract:
In light of professor Zhang Xuewen’s academic idea of treating hypertension based on liver-heat, phlegm and stasis, dietary care for the patients with hypertension was systematically stated with "purification, unobstructing the collaterals and removing blood stasis" as the principles of dietary intervention and syndrome differentiation and diet of "regulating Qi, blood, Yin and Yang", based on the causes and pathogenesis of hyperten-sion, so as to actively adjust the patients’ body and regulate blood pressure.
