摘要:
检索并梳理2017年—2022年中医药治疗胃癌前病变的相关文献，涵盖医家经验、临床研究等内容，从病因、病机、辨证分型、治则治法、经典方剂、经验方、中成药及其他特色疗法等方面进行系统概述，总结中医药治疗胃癌前病变的优势与不足，为进一步推动中医药在该领域的临床应用与研究提供参考。
Abstract:
After retrieving and collecting the pertinent literature on TCM therapy for precancerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC) between 2017 and 2022, covering the doctors’ experience, clinical study, and other contents, We systematically reviewed the aspects including the cause, the pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and patterns, therapeutic principles and methods, classic prescription, empirical formula, Chinese patent drugs and other characteristic therapies, summarized the advantages and shortcomings of TCM therapy for PLGC, which could provide the reference for further promotion of clinical application and study of TCM in the field.
