摘要:
国医大师张震倡导“疏调气机”可作为中医药内治大法之一，认为当人体气机运行失常时，疾病随之而生。基于此，他提出“疏调气机”学术思想，强调“欲求临床疗效的提高，无忘对患者气机之疏调”，主张以“以‘一体两翼’为基础，疏调气机为治法”的治疗理念论治肝癌——以疏肝理气为核心，辅以健脾补肾，并以疏调汤为基础灵活化裁，用于治疗肝癌进展中出现的各类症状，为临床治疗肝癌提供有益参考与借鉴。
Abstract:
National master of TCM Zhang Zhen proposes that "adjusting Qi movement" could be taken as one of TCM internal therapies, he holds that when Qi movement was out of order, diseases occurs. Based on this, he presents the academic thought of "adjusting Qi movement", and emphasizes that "the improvement of clinical effects should lay emphasis on adjusting Qi movement". Therapeutic concept of "one body and two wings as the fundamental, adjusting Qi movement as therapeutic method" is advocated to apply in the treatment of liver cancer - soothing liver and regulating Qi as the core, supplemented with invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney, modified soothing-adjusting decoction was adopted to treat different symptoms in the progression of liver cancer, which could provide the useful reference for clinical therapy of liver cancer.
