摘要:
目的运用文献计量方法探析针灸治疗便秘相关研究，梳理该领域研究热点与前沿发展趋势。 方法计算机检索中国知网（China national knowledge infrastructure，CNKI）中针灸治疗便秘相关文献，采用CiteSpace软件绘制可视化知识图谱，对文献发文作者、研究机构、关键词进行计量分析。 结果共纳入文献683篇；作者合作特征显示，研究团队内部交流紧密，跨团队学术合作偏少；机构合作以各中医药大学与其附属医院内部合作为主。关键词聚类结果显示，研究主题集中于功能性便秘、针灸疗法、电针、天枢穴、生活质量、推拿、中风后便秘等方向。 结论针灸治疗便秘的研究热点聚焦于功能性便秘、临床疗效及作用机制探索，研究重心逐步向针刺作用机制、肠道微生物相关性等基础研究领域延伸。今后需加强科研人员与研究机构之间的跨区域、跨团队交流协作，进一步深化基础机制研究。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate acupuncture treatment for constipation using bibliometric methods , and to analyze the research hotspots and frontier development trends in this field. MethodsWe conducted a computer-based search of the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) for literature related to acupuncture treatment for constipation. CiteSpace software was used to generate visual knowledge maps and perform quantitative analyses on the authors, research institutions, and keywords of the retrieved publications. ResultsA total of 683 publications were included. The characteristics of author collaboration showed close internal communication within research teams but relatively limited cross-team academic cooperation. Institutional collaboration was primarily observed between traditional Chinese medicine universities and their affiliated hospitals. Keyword clustering analysis revealed that the research topics mainly focused on functional constipation, acupuncture therapy, electroacupuncture, Tianshu (ST25) point, quality of life, massage, and post-stroke constipa-tion. ConclusionResearch hotspots in acupuncture treatment for constipation are primarily focused on functional constipation, clinical efficacy, and exploration of its underlying mechanisms. The research emphasis is gradually shifting toward basic research areas, such as the mechanism of acupuncture action and its association with gut microbiota. Future efforts should strengthen cross-regional and cross-team collaboration among researchers and research institutions, and further deepen research on the underlying mechanisms.
