摘要:
目的：观察滋阴舒肝法治疗老年患者失眠的临床疗效。方法：将98例失眠症老年患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各49例，治疗组口服滋阴舒肝中药，对照组睡前30分钟口服艾司唑仑，观察2组临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为91.83%，对照组为75.57%，2组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：滋阴舒肝法治疗老年人失眠疗效确切、安全，可改善老年患者的睡眠质量，提高老年人的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of Yin-nourishing liver-soothing method in treating senile patients with insomnia. Methods: All 98 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group took the decoction of Yin-nourishing liver-soothing, and the control group estazolam in 30 minutes before sleep, clinical effects of both groups were surveyed. Results: Clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 91.83%, higher than 75.57% of the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Yin-nourishing liver-soothing method is effective and safe in treating senile patients with insomnia, it could improve sleep quality and life quality of senile patients.
