摘要:
目的:基于“整体功能代偿疗法”探讨增强肝的代偿功能对慢性肾衰模型大鼠肾功能指标的影响。方法:将40只健康雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为4组,即模型组、空白组、四逆散组及西药福辛普利组,对给药后的中药组与模型组进行对照,观察其血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)指标的变化。结果:实验第8周末四逆散组与模型组比较,血清Scr、BUN水平降低(P<0.05),说明四逆散组在降低大鼠血清Scr、BUN,保护肾功能方面有一定作用。结论:基于“整体功能代偿疗法”增强肝的代偿功能可降低腺嘌呤致慢性肾衰模型大鼠血清Scr、BUN水平,并减轻腺嘌呤对肾脏组织损害的作用,延长慢性肾衰模型大鼠的治疗周期,缓解肾功能衰竭的进展。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effect of enhancing liver compensatory function on renal function index of the rats with chronic renal failure based on wholistic functional compensatory therapy. Methods: Forty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups, the model group, the blank group, the SiNi powder group and the Western medicine group of fosinopril. The changes of blood Scr and BUN indexes were observed when the herbal group after medication was compared with the model group. Results: By the end of the eighth week in the experiment, the levels of serum Scr and BUN of decreased when the SiNi powder group was compared with the model group(P<0.05), which indicated that SiNi powder showed certain functions of lowering the levels of serum Scr and BUN as well as protecting renal function of the rats. Conclusion: Enhancing liver compensatory function based on wholistic functional compensatory therapy can reduce the levels of serum Scr and BUN of rat model with chronic renal failure induced by low adenine, alleviate the damage of adenine to renal tissue and prolong the treatment cycle of model rats with chronic renal failure as well as relieve the progress of their renal failure.
