摘要:
目的:筛选忍冬藤痛风颗粒的制备工艺。方法:采用正交实验优选忍冬藤痛风颗粒的最佳提取工艺,以最佳提取工艺条件进行制剂工艺研究。结果:忍冬藤痛风颗粒组方药材最佳提取工艺为:料液比(1∶15),提取3次,每次1.5 h;最佳制剂成型工艺为:干浸膏粉、动物药粉、10%糊精:乳糖(1∶1)和0.5%的阿斯巴甜,混匀,以45%的乙醇润湿,制粒,干燥,即得。结论:该制备方法简单可行,所得制剂质量稳定,可作为忍冬藤痛风颗粒的制备工艺。
Abstract:
Objective: To screen the preparation of RenDongTeng (caulis lonicerae) gout granules. Methods: The best extraction process of RenDongTeng gout granules was optimized by using orthogonal test, and the preparation technology was studied by using the best extraction process. Results: The best extraction technology of RenDongTeng gout granules was: solid-liquid ratio (1∶15), extracting three times, 1.5 hours each time; the best preparation and formation technology was: dry extract, animal powder; 10% dextrine: lactin (1∶1) and 0.5% aspartame (APM),m.b, madefaction with 45% alcohol, granulating and drying. Conclusion: The preparation, simple and feasible, and stable, could be used as the preparation technology of RenDongTeng gout granules.
