摘要:
徐峰教授认为临证治疗失眠症关键在于调整脏腑气机，百病皆由气生，脏腑升降有序，才能保持机体内的阴平阳秘及气血的动态平衡。心肾不交型失眠症患者肾水不能上济心火，心火难以下降而亢盛于上，水火失济，心神不宁而失眠，治疗应注重升水降火，心火不亢，肾水不寒，心肾相交，脏腑气机协调平衡。
Abstract:
Porfessor Xu Feng thinks that the key of clinical therapy for insomnia is to regulate Qi movement of the viscera, all diseases are induced by Qi, ascending and descending of viscera in good order could maintain dynamic equilibrium of Qi and blood, Yin and Yang in human body. For the patients with insomnia of heart kidney disharmony pattern, kidney water can not rise to relieve heart-fire, heart-fire is difficult to get down, discordance between water and fire, restleness and insomnia, the therapy should focus on rising water and lowering fire, help the coordination between heart and kidney, coordination and balance of viscera and Qi movement.
