摘要:
目的统计分析近20年中国山药食品专利的申请现状和变化趋势,为山药在食品领域的食物开发提供参考依据。 方法在中国专利数据库中检索以“山药”为专利名称的所有发明专利,下载并人工筛选出山药的食品发明专利,整理近20年所有山药相关的食品专利,剔除实用新型、外观设计类、山药的加工装置、保鲜方法等相关专利。应用SPSS25.0软件分析数据,并进行可视化处理。 结果山药食品专利的申请量有1381项,2016年达到顶峰,从2017年至2020年处于下降趋势;中国有关山药食品专利投入研发最多的是安徽省;申请人类型中以个人和企业为主;山药食品的种类多样,主要包括面粉、面条、糕点、粥、饮料、保健食品等;食品剂型主要以片剂、粉剂以及饮料为主。 结论山药的营养价值高、具有较大的市场发展前景;需将中西思想、药食两用思想结合,加强山药的深层次开发与研究;开发时注重将产学研深度融合,开展应用型研究。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide the reference for the food development of yam in the field of food by statistically analyzing the application status and changing trend of Chinese yam food patent in China in recent 20 years. MethodsAll invention patents with "yam" as the patent name were searched in China patent database, and the food invention patents of yam were downloaded and manually screened out. All food patents related to yam in recent 20 years were sorted out, and the patents related to utility model, appearance design, processing device and preservation method of yam were excluded. SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the data and perform visual processing. ResultsThere are 1381 applications for yam food patents, peaked in 2016, and it has been in a downward trend since 2016; Anhui province has the most investment in the research and development of yam food patents in China. Applicant type is mainly individual person and enterprises, there are various kinds of yam food, including flour, noodles, pastries, porridge, drinks, health food, etc. the food dosage forms are mainly tablets, powder and beverage. ConclusionChinese yam has high nutritional value and great market development prospects; it is necessary to combine Chinese and Western thought, the thought of medicine and food, strengthen the deep development and research of Chinese yam; and pay attention to the deep integration of production, teaching and research, and carry out applied research.
