摘要:
目的探讨杜仲续断汤对带锁髓内钉术后患者股骨干骨折骨痂生长、骨密度及血清碱性磷酸酶的影响。 方法将股骨干骨折患者92例随机分为常规组及研究组各46例，常规组患者行闭合或小切口切开复位带锁髓内钉术治疗，研究组在对照组治疗的基础上予杜仲续断汤，观察两组患者临床疗效、骨痂生长情况及血清碱性磷酸酶、骨密度等骨质指标变化情况。 结果研究组患者骨折愈合时间为（4.01±0.24）月，短于常规组的（5.13±1.15）月（P＜0.05），且研究组优良率为91.30%，高于常规组的80.43%（P＜0.05）；研究组患者术后1、2及3个月骨痂X线评分分别为（0.52±0.11）分、（1.92±0.37）分及（2.87±0.52）分，分别高于常规组的（0.31±0.12）分、（10.87±0.25）分、（1.57±0.49）分（P＜0.05）；治疗后研究组患者血清碱性磷酸酶水平为（92.42±10.35）IU/L，低于常规组的（152.42±12.61）IU/L（P＜0.05），骨密度、血钙及血磷水平分别为（0.86±0.21）g/cm2、（2.81±0.43）mmol/L及（1.89±0.32）mmol/L，分别高于常规组的（0.65±0.28）g/cm2、（2.33±0.35）mmol/L、（1.50±0.27）mmol/L（P＜0.05）。 结论闭合或小切口切开复位带锁髓内钉术联合杜仲续断汤能够有效促进股骨干骨折患者骨折愈合，提高患者骨密度及血钙、血磷水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the effects of Duzhong Xuduan decoction on serum alkaline phosphatase, bone mineral density and callus growth in patients undergoing interlocking intramedullary nail for femoral shaft fracture. MethodsA total of 92 patients with femoral shaft fracture were randomly allocated to conventional group and the study group, 46 cases in each group, the conventional group was treated by closed or small incision open reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing, and the study group took Duzhong Xuduan decoction based on Western medicine, to observe clinical effects, the growth of callus, serum alkaline phosphatase, bone mineral density and others between both groups. ResultsThe healing time of bone fracture in the study group was (4.01±0.24)months, shorter than (5.13±1.15) months of conventional group (P<0.05), the excellent rate of the study group was 91.30%, higher than 80.43% of conventional group (P<0.05); callus X-ray scores of the study group one, two and three months after the operation were (0.52±0.11) points, (1.92±0.37) points and (2.87±0.52) points respectively, were higher than (0.31±0.12) points, (10.87±0.25) points and (1.57±0.49) points of conventional group (P<0.05);after treating, the levels of serum alkaline phosphatase in the study group were (92.42±10.35) IU/L, lower than (152.42±12.61) IU/L of conventional group(P<0.05), the levels of bone mineral density, blood calcium and blood phosphorus were (0.86±0.21)g/cm2, (2.81±0.43)mmol/L and (1.89±0.32)mmol/L respectively in the study group, higher than (0.65±0.28)g/cm2,(2.33±0.35)mmol/L and (1.50±0.27)mmol/L of conventional group (P<0.05). ConclusionClosed or small incision open reduction and interlocking intramedullary nailing and Duzhong Xuduan decoction could effectively promote the healing of the patients with femoral shaft fracture, raise the levels of bone mineral density, blood calcium and blood phosphorus of the patients.
