摘要:
陈晓虎主任医师认为治疗早搏时应重视辨证与辨病相结合，将功能性早搏和器质性疾病所致早搏分而论治。前者常与心理因素有关，主张以疏肝解郁和清火化痰为主要治法，同时配合心理疏导。后者常由冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭等器质性疾病所引起，主张依据原发病的病因病机，选用不同治法，同时兼顾临床症状和舌脉，辨证加减，进行治疗。此外强调阴血不足、心神失养为早搏的基本病机，主张以滋阴养血安神治法贯穿治疗始终。
Abstract:
Chief physician Chen Xiaohu believes that the treatment of premature contraction should pay attention to the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, functional contraction and premature contraction caused by organic diseases should be treated separately. The former is usually related to psychological factor, he adovates that the main therapeutic methods are soothing the liver and relieving depression, clearing fire and resolving phlegm, simultaneously combined with psychological counseling. The latter is caused by organic diseases including coronary heart disease, hypertension, heart failure and others, it is advocated to select different treatment methods according to the etiology and pathogenesis of the primary disease, take into account the clinical symptoms, tongue and pulse, add and subtract in light of syndrome differentiation for treatment. In addition, he emphasizes that the deficiency of Yin blood and loss of mental spirit is the basic pathogensis of premature contraction, and advocates therapeutic method of nourishing yin and blood, calming the mind throughout the treatment.
