摘要:
从病名、病因病机和临床治疗等方面探讨近年来国内对桥本甲状腺炎（Hashimoto's thyroiditis，HT）的相关研究，指出其病名属“瘿病”范畴；病机特点为本虚标实，尤重体质、情志、环境因素；病位在甲状腺，为肝经所络属，责之于肝、脾、肾；主要病理因素为“气、火、痰、瘀”，阳虚是本病的主要结局；治疗方法涵盖分证治疗、分期治疗、经验方治疗、针灸治疗及其他特色疗法等。但目前业内对HT的规范化研究仍有待进一步探讨。
Abstract:
The paper discusses domestic relevant studies on Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) in the recent years from the name of the disease, the cause and pathogenesis, clinical treatment and others, it is pointed out that the name of HT belongs to the category of "goiter", the characteristics of the pathogenesis are deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, particularly affected by the constitutions, emotion and environment; HT is located at thyroid, attributing to liver meridian, and belonging to liver, spleen and kidney; its main pathogenic factors are "Qi, fire, phlegm and stagnation", and Yang deficiency is the main outcome of the disease; therapeutic methods cover treatment by patterns, treatment by stages and empirical formula, acupuncture and other featured therapies. However, the standardization research on HT remains to be further discussed in the field.
