摘要:
中医学认为桥本甲状腺炎由情志内伤、饮食及水土失宜等因素引起，脾运化功能失司是桥本甲状腺炎发病的基础，痰湿、血瘀的形成皆可由脾虚导致。中医大多从脾论治，主要治疗方法包括健脾解郁，化痰散结，温补脾肾，扶正补虚，调理中焦气机。
Abstract:
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the causes of Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) contain emotional disorder, internal injury, diet and non-acclimatization, the dysfunction of spleen transformation and transportation is the foundation of HT pathogenesis, phlegm-dampness and blood stasis are formed by spleen deficiency. TCM therapy is mostly from spleen, and the main therapeutic methods cover invigorating spleen and relieving depression, reducing phlegm and resolving masses, tonifying spleen and kidney, enhancing healthy Qi and tonifying the deficiency, and regulating Qi movement of the middle energizer.
