摘要:
通过查阅近年文献，探讨中医治疗复发性口腔溃疡（recurrent oral ulceration，ROU）的现状，指出目前中医临床对于ROU的分型仍缺乏统一标准，临床治疗主要以经验治疗为主，心脾积热型、阴虚血旺型、气血亏虚型、胃热炽盛型、脾胃虚弱型、心火亢盛型等6种ROU证型目前临床研究较多，各证型间既具有ROU的共同临床特点，又具有每一证型的特点，通过辨证分型可针对性改善患者临床症状，缩短ROU恢复期，减少复发次数。
Abstract:
By consulting the literature in the recent years, the paper explores the status quo of TCM therapy of recurrent oral ulceration (ROU), at present, there is still a lack of unified standard for the classification of ROU in TCM clinical practice, and clinical treatment is mainly based on empirical treatment, more clinical studies have been found in six patterns of ROU containing heat accumulating in the heart and spleen pattern, Yin deficiency and blood flourishing pattern, Qi and blood depletion and deficiency pattern, gastric heat flaming pattern, spleen and stomach weakness pattern and heart-fire hyperactivity pattern, different patterns not only possess the common clinical characteristics of ROU, but also show the features of each pattern, syndrome differentiation and patterns could improve the patients’ targeted symptoms, shorten the recovery period of ROU and reduce the times of recurrence.
