摘要:
挖掘历代文献著作，深入探析，认为肺肾功能失调是导致溃疡性结肠炎反复出现腹泻及赤白冻，迁延难愈的关键，并从“肺与大肠相表里”及“肾司二便”理论入手，探析溃疡性结肠炎的临床诊治，并提出采用相应的治法、方剂，为溃疡性结肠炎诊治提供新的思路。
Abstract:
By unearthing the literature and works in the past dynasties and in-depth exploration, pulmonary and renal dysfunction is the key to repeated diarrhea, bloody purulent stool, delayed and prolonged healing in ulcerative colitis (UC), the paper discusses clinical diagnosis and treatment of UC starting from the theory of "the lung and large intestine being interior-exterior related" and "kidney governing urination and defecation", and put forward the corresponding therapeutic methods and prescriptions, in order to produce new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of UC.
