摘要:
目的探讨和利阳气法对变应性鼻炎患者鼻腔灌洗液中白细胞介素5(interleukin-1,IL-5)的影响。 方法将变应性鼻炎患者21例运用和利阳气法治疗,检测治疗前患者鼻腔分泌物及鼻腔灌洗液中IL-5水平,并与正常人群鼻腔分泌物中IL-5水平进行比较。 结果治疗前变应性鼻炎患者鼻腔分泌物中IL-5水平高于正常人群(P<0.05);治疗后鼻腔灌洗液中IL-5水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但仍高于正常人群。 结论和利阳气法能降低变应性鼻炎患者鼻腔灌洗液中IL-5水平。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of harmonizing and supplementing Yangqi method on the expression of IL-5 in nasal lavage fluid of patients with allergic rhinitis. MethodsA total of 21 patients were treated with harmonizing and supplementing Yangqi method, to detect the levels of IL-5 in patients' nasal lavage fluid and nasal secretions before and after the treatment, and to compare with the levels of IL-5 in nasal secretions of normal people. ResultsThe levels of IL-5 in nasal secretions before the treatment were higher than these of normal population (P<0.05); after the treatment, the expressions of IL-5 in nasal lavage fluid were lowered compared with before the treatment (P<0.05); but still higher than these of normal population. ConclusionHarmonizing and supplementing Yangqi method could lower the levels of IL-5 in nasal lavage fluid in patients with allergic rhinitis.
