摘要:
对肠道菌群与肥胖的关系、中医药对肥胖患者肠道菌群的影响进行阐释，指出能量代谢、慢性低度炎症、肠道菌群改变、脑-肠轴功能异常、胆汁酸代谢改变是导致肠道菌群紊乱进而发生肥胖的机制；中药复方以及黄连、白术、灵芝、荷叶等单味药与针灸治疗肥胖疗效肯定，能改变肥胖患者机体肠道菌群结构，维持肠道微生物稳态。
Abstract:
The article expounds the relationship between intestinal flora and obesity, and the influence of TCM on intestinal flora in obese patients, it is pointed out that energy metabolism, chronic low-grade inflamma-tion, intestinal flora changes, abnormal brain-gut axis, and bile acid metabolism are the mechanism of causing gut microbiota disturbance and then obesity; herbal compounds, single herbs such as Huanglian(Coptidis rhizoma), Baizhu (Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.), Lingzhi (Ganoderma) and Heye (Nelumbinis folium), combined with acupuncture could obtain definite clinical effects in the treatment of obesity, which could change the structure of intestinal flora in obese patients and maintain the hemostasis of gut microbia.
