摘要:
目的探讨清肝祛湿活血方对非酒精性脂肪肝(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)大鼠肠道菌群的调节作用。 方法将90只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、血脂康组及清肝祛湿活血方低、中、高剂量组各15只,造模成功后血脂康组予血脂康混悬液0.1 g/kg,清肝祛湿活血方高、中、低剂量组分别予清肝祛湿活血汤22.5、11.25、5.63 g生药/kg,空白组与模型组予等体积蒸馏水,灌胃第30天、第61天分别收集大鼠粪便,计算每克湿便中大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌、肠球菌、双歧杆菌的菌落数含量。 结果与空白组比较,给药前各组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌的菌落数减少,肠球菌、大肠杆菌菌落数增加(P<0.05);与模型组比较,给药后血脂康组及清肝祛湿活血方各剂量组双歧及乳酸杆菌菌落数明显增加(P<0.05),大肠杆菌和肠球菌菌落数减少且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论清肝祛湿活血方具有明显的肠道菌群调节作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss regulatory effects of liver-clearing damp-eliminating blood-activating prescription (LDBP) on intestinal flora in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) rats. MethodsAll 90 SD rats were randomized into the blank group, the model group, Xuezhikang group, low, moderate and high doses groups of LDBP, with 15 rats in each group, after successfully modeling, Xuezhikang group was given Xuezhikang suspension, 0.1 g/kg, high, moderate and moderate doses groups of LDBP were given LDBP, 22.5, 11.25 and 5.63 g crude drug/kg, the blank group and the model group adopted the equal volume stilled water, rat feces were collected respectively at the 30th and 61st day after drenching, to calculate colony forming units (cfu) of escherichia coli, lactobacillus, enterococcus, bifidobacterium in per gram of wet stool. ResultsCompared with the blank group, the cfu of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in different groups lowered, while the cfu of enterococcus and escherichia coli increased before medication (P<0.05); compared with the model group, the cfu of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus increased notably in Xuezhikang group, different doses groups of LDBP after medication (P<0.05), the cfu of escherichia coli and enterococcus reduced, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). ConclusionLDBP has the obvious regulatory effects on intestinal flora.
