摘要:
目的：观察华佗夹脊排罐法对失眠症患者睡眠质量的影响。方法：50例符合诊断标准的失眠症患者，应用华佗夹脊排罐法治疗，1个疗程后比较患者治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及该疗法对不同病程患者睡眠质量的改善情况。结果：治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数与治疗前比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不同病程患者治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：华佗夹脊排罐法能明显提高失眠症患者睡眠质量，且在治疗时，不会因病程的长短而发生变化。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the influence of HuaTuo paravertebral cupping in alignment on sleep quality of patients with insomnia. Method: All 50 patients were treated with HuaTuo paravertebral cupping in alignment,after one course of treatment, Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) and different courses of diseases on the improvements of sleep quality were compared after one course of treatment. Result: The difference between before and after treating had statistical meaning in PSQI(P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in PSQI of patients during different courses of diseases after treating(P＞0.05). Conclusion: HuaTuo paravertebral cupping in alignment could remarkably improve sleep quality of patients with insomnia, and it wouldn't change because of the length of the course of the disease.
