摘要:
目的：探讨大剂量环磷酰胺冲击联合激素治疗难治性肾病综合征的护理措施。方法：对难治性肾病综合征46例患者的临床资料，从治疗、护理方法及其临床疗效方面进行回顾性分析。结果：经大剂量环磷酰胺冲击联合激素治疗后，在基础护理的基础上，加强心理护理，做好患者并发症预防及健康教育，能使患者血浆总蛋白及白蛋白有不同程度升高，24小时尿蛋白定量明显降低(P＜0.05)，血肌酐治疗前后无明显差异(P＞0.05)。结论：护士应严格执行各项医嘱，全面落实基础护理，加强心理护理，做好难治性肾病综合征患者并发症的预防及健康教育，以促进患者临床康复。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate nursing measures for the patients who accepted stoss therapy with heavy dose of cyclophosphamide and hormone for refractory nephrotic syndrome. Method: Therapies, nursing methods and clinical effects of 46 patients with refractory nephritic syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. Result: After treated with heavy dose of cyclophosphamide and hormone, psychological care, complication prevention and health education could improve total protein in the serum and albumin in different degrees and decrease 24h urinary protein quantitative obviously(P＜0.05), the comparison had no difference in serum creatinine before and after treating(P＞0.05). Conclusion: The nurse should own a strong sense of responsibility, follow the doctor's advice strictly, carry out basic nursing fully, enhance psychological care, complete complication prevention and health education and promote clinical rehabilitation of the patients.
