摘要:
目的：观察耳穴压豆治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者失眠的疗效。方法：将COPD失眠患者58例随机分为治疗组30例予耳穴压豆治疗；对照组28例予热水足浴。采用睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)对2组患者治疗前后睡眠状况进行评分并比较临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为83.3%，明显高于对照组的32.1%(P＜0.05)。结论：耳穴压豆对改善COPD患者的失眠状况有良好的临床效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of ear acupoint pressing method in treating insomnia of the patients suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: All 58 patients were divided into 30 cases of the treatment group, treated with ear acupoint pressing method, and 28 cases of the control group who were given with foot bath in lukewarm water. Clinical effects of both groups were assessed by self rating scale of sleep(SRSS). Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3% after treating, significantly higher than 32.1% of the control group significantly (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Ear acupoint pressing method is effective in improving insomnia of COPD patients.
