摘要:
目的：观察对小儿慢性支气管炎患者采取中西医结合健康教育治疗的临床疗效及预后。方法：将慢性支气管炎患儿252例随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在此基础上采用中西医结合健康教育，比较2组临床疗效及预后。结果：总有效率观察组为96.03%，对照组为85.71%，观察组明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、日常生活能力评分和社会活动能力评分均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合健康教育有助于改善小儿慢性支气管炎患者的临床疗效及预后，能提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the influence of health education based on integration of traditional and western medicine on the efficacy and prognosis of the children with chronic bronchitis. Methods: All 252 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, the control group adopted routine care, the observation group receivedhealth education based on integration of traditional and western medicine, clinical effects and the prognosis of both groups were compared. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.03%, distinctly higher than 85.71% of the control group, the difference indicated statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the observation group was superior to the control group in the scores of anxiety, depression, daily living ability and social activity, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Health education based on integration of traditional and western medicineis helpful to improve clinical efficacy and the prognosis of children with chronic bronchitis, and life quality of the patients.
