摘要:
目的：探讨个性化护理方法对中药熏蒸综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效的影响。方法：将腰椎间盘突出症患者120例随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，2组均采用中药熏蒸配合牵引与针灸治疗，观察组同时予个性化护理，对照组予常规护理。观察2组患者有效率、患者满意度评分及复发率。结果：观察组有效率及患者满意度评分显著高于对照组，复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：个性化护理措施可明显提高中药熏蒸综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效，提高其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of medical fumigation comprehensive therapy in treating lumbar disc herniation (LDH) and individualized nursing method. Methods: All 120 LDH patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, both groups accepted medical fumigation, traction and acupuncture, the observation group individualized nursing and the control group routine care. Effective rate, the scales of satisfaction degree and relapse rate of the patients in both groups were observed. Results: Effective rate and the scales of satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than these of the control group notably, relapse rate was decreased compared with that of the control group, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Individualized nursing could obviously improve clinical effects of medical fumigation comprehensive therapy in the treatment for LDH and life quality of the patients.
