摘要:
目的：观察消定膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各60例，对照组采用奇正消痛贴膏治疗，观察组采用消定膏治疗，2组均每3天换药1次，连续治疗2周。结果：在疼痛缓解方面，观察组总有效率为88.3%，愈显率为25.0%；对照组总有效率为86.7%，愈显率为25.0%。临床症状改善方面，观察组总有效率为86.7%，愈显率为26.7%；对照组总有效率为88.3%，愈显率为23.3%。2组在疼痛缓解、临床症状改善方面比较，总有效率、愈显率差异无统计学差异(P＞0.05)。结论：消定膏治疗早、中期瘀血痹阻型膝关节骨性关节炎有效、临床疗效与奇正消痛贴膏相当。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of XiaoDing ointment in treating knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: All 120 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases each group, the patients in the control group were treated by QiZheng XiaoTong plaster, and the ones in the observation group adopted XiaoDing ointment, both groups changed the dressing once every three days for two weeks consecutively. Results: In the aspects of relieving pain, total effective rate of the observation group was 88.3%, cure and effective rate was 25.0%; total effective rate of the control group was 86.7%, cure and effective rate was 25.0%. In the aspects of improving clinical symptoms, total effective rate of the observation group was 86.7%, cure and effective rate was 26.7%; total effective rate of the control group was 88.3%, cure and effective rate of the control group was 23.3%. The comparisons of total effective rate, cure and effective rate had no statistical difference when relieving pain and improving clinical symptoms were compared between both groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: XiaoDing ointment is effective, safe and convenient in treating KOA of blood stasis obstruction pattern at early and moderate stages, Its effects are equivalent to these of Qizheng Xiao Tong plaster.
