摘要:
目的：观察增损葫芦巴丸治疗子宫内膜异位症所致痛经的临床疗效。方法：选取子宫内膜异位所致痛经(中医辨证属寒凝血瘀)患者45例，给予增损葫芦巴丸治疗，1剂/d，经期不停药(月经量多时停药)，连用3个月。每月于月经后记录患者的临床症状及体征，采用数字分级法(NRS)对疼痛做出评价，治疗前后检测患者血清Ca125变化情况。结果：治疗后NRS评分及血清Ca125值降低，中医症状及体征明显改善。结论：增损葫芦巴丸治疗子宫内膜异位所致痛经，组方严谨，疗效满意。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the curative effects of ZengSun HuLuBa pills in treating endometriosis-induced dysmenorrhea. Methods: Forty-five patients, who were differentiated as cold coagulation and blood stasis pattern, were given ZengSun HuLuBa pills, one dose each day, continue drinking in the period (stopped the medicine when the menstrual blood amount was large), for three months continuously. Clinical symptoms and body signs of thepatients were recorded after the period each month, pain was assessed by using numerical rating scale(NRS), and the changes of Ca125 in the serum of the patients were detected before and after treating. Results: After treating, NRS scores and the values of Ca125 in the serum decreased and the indexes of TCM symptom and body signs haveimproved notably. Conclusion: ZengSun HuLuBa pills are precise and could obtain satisfactory effects in treatingendometriosis-induced dysmenorrhea.
