摘要:
目的：探讨慢性胰腺炎患者的心理弹性、应对方式、社会支持与生活质量的相关性。方法：采用心理弹性量表、医学应对问卷、社会支持评定量表、汉化版简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)对120例慢性胰腺炎患者进行调查研究。结果：慢性胰腺炎患者的生活质量下降，在总体健康、躯体疼痛、生理职能、情感职能、精神健康方面明显低于中国常模(P＜0.05)，心理弹性、社会支持、面对应对、回避应对与生活质量呈正相关(P＜0.01)，与屈服应对呈负相关(r=-0.672，P＜0.01)；以生活质量得分为因变量进行多元逐步回归分析显示：自强、坚韧、面对应对、客观支持及对支持的利用度与生活质量呈正相关(P＜0.01)，而屈服应对方式与生活质量呈负相关(t=-2.316，P＜0.05)，具有预测慢性胰腺炎患者生活质量的可能，解释率65.7%。结论：慢性胰腺炎患者生活质量较低，受到多种因素的影响，个体的自强、坚韧、面对应对、客观支持及对支持的利用度是影响生活质量的重要因素。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the correlation of psychological elasticity, coping style and social support with quality of life of the patients suffering chronic pancreatitis(CP). Methods: Psychological elasticity scales, medical coping questionnaire, social support assessment scales and SF-36 were used to survey 120 patients suffering chronic pancreatitis. Results: Quality of life of the patients lowered, the patients were lower than Chinese norm obviously in general health, somatic pain, role physical, role emotional and emotional health obviously (P＜0.05), psychological elasticity, social support, coping style and avoiding response were positively related to quality of life (P＜0.01), negatively correlated with yield response (r =-0.672, P＜0.01); After taking the scores of quality of life as dependent variable,the results of multiple stepwise regression showed that self-improvement, tenacity, coping, objective support and the availability of support were positively related to quality of life (P＜0.01), while the style of yield response was negatively correlated to quality of life(t=2.316, P＜0.05), which possessed the possibility of predicting quality of life of the patients suffering chronic pancreatitis, and the interpretation rate was 65.7%. Conclusion: Quality of life of the patients is low, and it is affected by many factors, individual self-improvement, tenacity, coping, objective support and the availability of support are the important factors of affecting quality of life.
