摘要:
目的：观察复方桐叶烧伤油联合改良式负压吸引法治疗慢性难愈合创面的临床疗效。方法：将慢性难愈合创面患者80例随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，对照组予传统方法清创、换药，治疗组予复方桐叶烧伤油联合改良式负压吸引处理，观察2组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组（Z=-6.458，P=0.000），创面愈合时间及医疗费用低于对照组(P＜0.05)，换药时2组患者疼痛程度比较差异无统计学意义( Z=-1.752，P=0.08)。结论：复方桐叶烧伤油联合改良式负压吸引治疗慢性难愈合创面具有减少换药次数、促进创面愈合、缓解患者疼痛及费用低廉的优点。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of compound paulownia leaf burn oil and modified vacuum suction method in treating the patients with chronic refractory wounds. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases each group, the control group had the wounds cleaned and the dressing changed by traditional methods, the treatment group were treated by compound paulownia leaf burn oil and modified vacuum suction method, clinical effects of both groups were observed. Results: The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects( Z=-6.458，P=0.000), lower than the control group in wound healing time and medical costs(P＜0.05). When changed the dressing, the comparison of pain degree between both groups had no statistical difference(Z=-1.752，P=0.08). Conclusion: Compound paulownia leaf burn oil and modified vacuum suction method in treating the patients with chronic refractory wounds possess the advantages of reducing the times of changing the dressing, promoting wound healing, relieving the patients' pain and low cost.
