摘要:
目的：观察祛瘀通痹方外洗联合针刺治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法：将100例患者按就诊顺序分为观察组50例(脱落2例)、对照组50例(脱落3例)，对照组采用针刺治疗，1次/d，每周治疗5次；观察组在针刺治疗的基础上以祛瘀通痹方外洗治疗，1次/d，每周治疗5次。2组疗程均为2周。治疗前后采用疼痛视觉模拟(VAS)评分评价膝关节疼痛度及临床疗效。结果：总有效率2组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；控显率2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。VAS评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：祛瘀通痹汤外洗联合针刺治疗KOA，可有效缓解关节疼痛程度，临床疗效确切。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Quyu Tongbi prescription for external use and acupuncture in the treatment for knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: One hundred patients were allocated to 50 cases of the observation group (two cases dropped) and 50 cases of the control group (three cases dropped) in light of visiting order, the control group adopted acupuncture, once each day, five times each week; the observation group accepted Quyu Tongbi prescription for external use based on acupuncture, once each day, for five times each week. Both groups were treated for two weeks. Pain degrees of knee joint and clinical effects were evaluated before and after treating using VAS. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in total effective rates between both groups (P＞0.05), the difference showed statistical meanign in control and effective rate between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference could be found in VAS scores within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Quyu Tongbi prescription for external use and acupuncture in the treatment for KOA could effectively relieve joint pain degree and obtain definite clinical effects.
